This paper is made in Kochi Prefecture by Kashiki Mill for the conservation department of the Emperor. It is made of 100% local Japanese grown kozo, cooked in lime and would be considered the strongest, top of the line paper. It’s very absorbent and a great favourite amongst artists for almost any technique.
